I LOVE Ben Harper! He’s amazing, so talented and versitile in his music. I agree you can get lost in his music.

He had a show close to me last summer, and i wanted to go but no one would go with me, and then after the show everyone was like, oh i wish i would i have gone, i wanted to kick some ass, haha. But yeah, i just don’t think it would be fun to go to a concert by yourself, i think half the fun is experiencing it with someone else you know.

Yeah I want to see Ben live really bad, I’ve been following him for a while but I haven’t been able to get to a show. Boo me… Don’t knock the lone show going, I saw Matt for the firstt time in March and went by myself. I jammed and made some friends since I am new in town and all it was pretty sweet. And I really can’t get over how neg Vic H is being about Ben, there’s a lot of his sound in Costa music. To each his own I guess.

Ben Harper is so amazing! Saw him last year, and it was magical! I’m going to see him again this summer.. Just a few days after I’ve seen Matt Costa, Jack Johnson, G. Love and Mason Jennings. And the same day as Ben Harpe I’m going to see Donavon Frankenreiter and the counting crows as well. The best summer ever!! :)

I like some of his stuff, but I just can’t seem to get into the rest of it. He’s talented, but I think he’s just not my style.
Mimick, you should try going to a show by yourself sometime. It’s a very liberating experience. Everytime I’ve gone alone, I’ve met some really great people that I wouldn’t have met had I been with a group. It’s more fun than you think it is. Plus, if we girls can do it…. ;)

I love Ben Harper and the Innocent Criminals. I’ve been to 5 concerts. They were all awesome - this men know how to produce energy and emotions with music.
