okay, so basically in the general section, i kind of have spammed in a thread where we have been discussing demetri and all of his glory; therefore, HULLO THREAD.

but also,

i feel that i should make a public service announcement to all people with a sense of humor and to all people who need to find one.
so basically everybody in the world

demetri martin is on letterman tonight, and i must ask - nay, insist - that you watch him.

he will make your life so much better than before you ever saw him.
i can personally attest to this.
he is one of the few true renaissance men in our time, and he’s promoting his new comedic stream-of-consciousness show that will begin on feb. 11th at 10:30 pm (EST) on Comedy Central.

and i swear i’m not getting paid to promote this. i just genuinely adore him this much. i think he’s brilliant.

I thought I was the only one who LOVES him..Heheheh.I have about 9 video’s of his on my I-pod.I always watch him while on the tube/bus….everyones stares as I laugh to myself….but they do not get how clever,funny he is.

I first discovered him on the Edinburgh Festival..lol

i was all mopey last night because today is my birthday, and it’s the first birthday i’ve ever spent away from home (i’m at uni), but it’s turned out to be so amazing!

Yeah,I totally understand.It can be hard being away from your family….I spent one summer without mine..And I felt incomplete without them.
Whenever I did something…I had no one to share it with/laughter..ect.
