if what i’ve read is true, each episode of the 11 total is going to focus on a different subject. it’s stream-of-consciousness, and what with the genius of demetri, i expect great things. i watched a little promotional video & i’m pretty sure it’s going to be one of the biggest hits on comedy central.

and i have so turned this into a demetri martin thread hahaha

have you ever read his blogs on his myspace?
he really is truly talented and hilarious.
even the poems he writes, however silly they may be, portray his artistic genius.

and oh yes. i should have put some off the wall subject as the title hahaha
but you can never go wrong with a bit of demetri. . .

demetri martin is amazingly talented. i have seen some of his stand up and have a cd. good stuff.
when i bought and started watching flight of the conchords a couple weeks ago it was a great surprise to see demetri make an appearance! doggy bounce has a very high play count on my ipod :]

i just found out about his show today! i was watching comedy central and as i fast forwarded through commercials i thought i saw demetri so i had to play it and im so glad i did!

he rarely comes far enough South for me to see him.
i so badly wanted to go to a taping of one of the shows. he announced it ‘secretly’ to his fans on facebook (and i suppose myspace) so that we could get first dibs on the free tickets, but alas, I live in SC, so i couldn’t exactly fly up to NYC just for that…although i would have if i could have.

his cd IS amazing. so amazing. it cheers me up considerable amounts. his dvd, person, is worth every cent, as well.

and yus. flight of the conchords. i squeed like a sissy little girl when i saw him on there. as if the show wasn’t epic enough already…
there’s actually a video of “fake interviews” done by them from bonnaroo, and demetri cracks me up because he’s just like :| the whole time.

and are the commercials for ‘things’ not hysterically brilliant?
i, myself, am quite a fan of the ‘waltzing’ one, but the Large Pad is always a winner.

Yeah this form has a lot of wicked fans….made a lot of cool freinds…..(Budda Belly).

I happen to be the same person who also..constantly will just go on about a thing that pleases me..Having it be Demetri is wicked..I managed to get my friends to watch nad love his stuff too.

Oh how funny..the picture of Matt is super hansome..I came close to kissing my computer screen….lol (No wonder I have a fetish for hair…with pictures like these)..lol

Wow…..How come I never read this before?...I wish I could watch the show..but only got crappy 5 channels..not much of a TV lover myself..but when great shows like FOTC nad Demetri..come along makes me wish I had 300 channels.lol

one of my friends hated the movie, but i thought it was really brilliantly simple and offbeat. i was kind of thrown off by the muddy sex scene, but i actually hysterically laughed through it, so all was good in the neighborhood hahaha
