they’re actually pretty darn good.

they were all so nice and genuine. and although i wasn’t as big of a fan of the other lives, they were all really sweet, too. i found something the lead singer had lost, and when i gave it to him, he looked so grateful and shook my hand, and just went “THANK YOU SO MUCH!”
it was quite adorable hahaha

and hey zeus. brandon is one of the most amazing drummers i have ever seen. seriously.
i watched him for most of the concert, and all i could say to myself was just “holy shit…”

all of them play/sing with such intensity & the crowd really just eats it up. it’s almost as if the band dares you not to start bobbing your head and clapping.

i concur. they were here last week, but i was compelled to stay in and watch milk finally. god, that movie is a.m.a.z.i.n.g.

AH! shannon, i was wondering if you were going to the charleston show. i would much rather have seen them at the pour house, but i would have skipped classes on wednesday which meant all my actual classes….on thursdays i only have PE, so playing hooky on thursday it was! hahaha

i cannot believe you missed them for milk, though. better have been that amazing hahaha

also, how much do you think matt should do a small show tour in the south east since he’s gonna be here in may anyway?

and noooo. dammit, no. because i’m practically broke after staying in atlanta/driving 200 miles to see them/etc., and i would gladly spend the remaining amount left in my account on him, but i’m going to a couple of music festivals this spring/summer, so i have to save up…which is just plain sad because matt costa > everyone else, in my humble opinion ahaha

also, random, but did you know john sebastian is going to be at the newberry opera house this saturday?!
i about flipped my lid when i found out. sadly, i can’t make it, but i want to go soso badly.

which my friend and i did to the sheer joy [aka annoyance] of everyone else in the theater, i’m sure. haha

oh, also, while you’re down in the south for death cab concerts, care to do a few small shows in, say…charleston? or anywhere remotely close to south carolina? this is me groveling, okay. pffftlp.
