Just wondering if anyone saw them when they were touring with Matt. Another amazing band if you want to check them out.

They were amazing! I’m actually listening to them as I write.

i bought their cd off itunes after the show because they were sold out. i couldn’t believe that i had found more amazing musicians from the progression of jack to matt matt to delta spirit

They were a lot of fun to hear and to watch play. I thought they sounded better live than what I listened to on their myspace before the show, but that could be for a variety of reasons.

I’ve never heard of them either, but i am excited to see them in May, looks like they are indeed playing with Matt in Lawrence.

Where have you seen that? There’s no opening band listed for the May 21 show, but considering the only time there hasn’t been an opening act was when I saw Simon and Garfunkel 4 years ago, I’m pretty sure that isn’t the case .... I’d be stoked to see DS again.

if you check on the Delta Spirit website a lot of their dates correspond with Matt Costa’s

They’re real good. I saw them open for Matt in SF back in February. I liked them live and ordered their cd. It’s top notch.

I’ll be seeing them in May w/ Matt, too. I’m pretty excited.

Most of the websites of the venues he’s playing this summer say “Matt Costa with Delta Spirit” (delta spirit is in smaller letter of course =] )
